Welcome to QuickList, a tool designed to help eBay sellers create listings faster. By accessing or using our website (https://getquicklist.app) or our mobile app QuickList, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing QuickList, you agree to comply with these Terms & Services and our Privacy Policy (https://getquicklist.app/privacy-policy). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description
QuickList offers subscription-based access to our listing tool for eBay sellers across multiple marketplaces (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia). Subscribed users receive access to the full functionality of the tool within the limits of their plan. Users are allowed to create and export listings based on the number of listings included in their subscription plan.

3. Marketplace-Specific Terms
Our service supports multiple eBay marketplaces. Users must:
- Select their primary marketplace during account setup
- Comply with eBay's terms of service for their selected marketplace
- Understand that listing requirements may vary by marketplace
- Ensure their listings comply with local laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payment
When subscribing to QuickList, users agree to pay the fees associated with their selected plan in the currency of their chosen marketplace. Subscription plans grant access to the tool as long as payments are current. If a payment is missed, access may be restricted until the account is brought up to date. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple via your App Store account settings.

5. User Data
We collect and store personal information such as your name, email address, payment details, and marketplace preferences. We also access your eBay account data strictly for the purpose of generating and exporting listings. We do not store sensitive account information such as passwords.

7. International Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of QuickList complies with:
- Local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- eBay's terms of service for their marketplace
- Applicable data protection and privacy laws
- Export and import regulations where applicable

8. Dispute Resolution
For users in the United States: Disputes shall be resolved under applicable U.S. law.
For users in Canada: Disputes shall be resolved under applicable Canadian law.
For users in the United Kingdom: Disputes shall be resolved under applicable UK law.
For users in Australia: Disputes shall be resolved under applicable Australian law.

9. Service Availability
QuickList services are available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Service availability may vary by region and is subject to local regulations and eBay API availability.

10. Changes to Terms
QuickList reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after updates have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the United States, with specific provisions for users in other supported countries as outlined in Section 8.
